Can I still buy IQOS devices and tobacco sticks?
You can always purchase IQOS-devices and tobacco sticks online in our webshop. Tobacco sticks are also available in designated stores. See available stores here.
Can I still have my orders shipped to me?
Slight delays of up to one working day can be expected, but we will as always do our best to ensure that your order arrives in time.

If your order before 14:00, you can expect delivery on the following working day.
Sharing IQOS
For safety reasons, and to take best care of yourself, family and friends, you should not share your IQOS with others. If interested in IQOS, they are more than welcome to borrow a new IQOS for 30 days via our web shop
How to clean your IQOS
Wipe the outside of the Charger, the Holder and the associated accessories with a wipe containing 62–71% ethanol. Dispose of the used wipes in a bin.

Next, thoroughly clean the blade, the inside area of the holder surrounding the blade and the whole extractor with the dedicated IQOS cleaning sticks. Dispose of the used sticks in the bin with the wipes.

Are our stores open?
We are happy to let you know that our Stores are now open again, Monday to Sunday within normal opening hours. Currently, all services are available including device cleaning services and guided trials. So you are also able to buy tobacco sticks, IQOS Devices and accessories. Currently, we do not accept cash. has information about products that are only for adults in Denmark, who would otherwise continue to smoke or use nicotine products.
