For safety reasons, and to take best care of yourself, family and friends, you should not share your device with others.

Wipe the outside of the Charger, the Holder and the associated accessories with a wipe containing 62–71% ethanol. Dispose of the used wipes in a bin.

Next, thoroughly clean the blade, the inside area of the Holder surrounding the blade and the whole extractor with our Cleaning Sticks. Dispose of the used sticks in the bin with the wipes.

We are happy to let you know that our stores are now open again, Monday to Sunday within normal opening hours. Currently, all services are available including device cleaning services and guided trials. So you are also able to buy tobacco sticks, devices, and accessories. Currently, we do not accept cash.
