How it works
Fast shipping
Standard shipping time is within 1-3 working days.
If we receive your order before 14:00, it will be dispatched on the same day and usually arrives the following day.
Flexible delivery
You have the option to choose between two delivery methods:
Home delivery through PostNord or GLS
Parcel shop delivery through PostNord or GLS.

If you are located within the Greater Copenhagen, you can reserve your order online and pick it up in our store Heat & Brew - free of charge and without waiting for delivery!
Free return
You can return your un-used products for free within 14 days after delivery (60 days on devices after usage, if you are subscribed to Service Benefits)
How to return
When you register your device, you become eligible for 60 days money-back guarantee. This means that you can return the product within 60 days even after using it.
If you want to return a device that is not registered or want to return another product, you can return it within 14 days as long as the product is undamaged and unused.
After contacting Customer Care, with valid proof of purchase (for purchases made at physical stores) or an order number (for purchases made on
www.iqos.com), we will send you a “free of charge” return label.
You should return the products in the original packaging back to the address on the return label. You can return your items at any PostNord Service Point near you.
Once we receive the returned items, we will ensure you receive your refund as quick as possible. Refund will be issued to your method of purchase.
