How shipping and returns work
Fast shipping
Standard shipping time is within 1-3 working days. If we receive your order before 14:00, it will be dispatched on the same day and usually arrives the following day.
Free shipping
Free shipping on all orders across Denmark, and you have the option to choose between two shipping methods - home delivery through PostNord or GLS and parcel shop delivery through PostNord or GLS.
Free return
You can return your un-used products for free within 14 days after delivery (60 days on devices after usage, if you are subscribed to Service Benefits)

How to return
1. If you are subscribed to Service Benefits you have 60 days money-back guarantee on devices, which means you can return the product after using it, in a period of up to 60 days. If you are not subscribed and want to return a device or want to return another product, you can return it within 14 days as long as the product is undamaged and unused.
2. After contacting Customer Care, with valid proof of purchase (for purchases made at physical stores) or an order number (for purchases made on www.iqos.com), we will send you a “free of charge” return label.
3. You should return the products in the original packaging back to the address on the return label. You can return your items at any PostNord Service Point near you.
4. Once we receive the returned items, we will ensure you receive your refund as quick as possible. Refund will be issued to your method of purchase.
