How shipping and returns work
Standard shipping time is within 1-3 working days. If we receive your order before 14:00, it will be dispatched on the same day and usually arrives the following day.
Free shipping on all orders across Denmark, and you have the option to choose between two shipping methods - Home Delivery through PostNord or Parcel Shop Delivery through PostNord or GLS.
If you would like to return your order within 14 days after the delivery of your order, please contact Customer Care below.
How to return
1. If you are subscribed to myServices you have 60 days money-back guarantee on devices, which means you can return the product after use in a period of up to 60 days. If you are not subscribed or want to return another product, you can return it within 14 days as long as the product is undamaged and unused.
2. After contacting Customer Care, we will send you a “free of charge” return label.
3. You should return the products in the original packaging back to the address on the return label. You can return your items at any GLS or PostNord Service Point near you.
4. Once we receive the returned items, we will ensure you receive your reimbursement as quick as possible. Reimbursement will be issued to your method of purchase.
