DeliveryWe offer free shipping on all orders all across Denmark, and you have the option to choose between two shipping methods when you check-out.
- Postal service shipping - Your order will be shipped by GLS Parcel Service to the parcel shop located closest to your address. You will be notified once the parcel has arrived and is ready to be picked up.
- Your order will be shipped by GLS Parcel Service to the address you request in the check-out process. The order is handed over in person by the delivery man.
You will receive an email to notify that your order is on its way.
Important: If your order is placed before 14:00 on a business day, shipping will normally take place the next business day. This assuming that the destination is not on an island without bridge connection.
ReturnYou can return your items for free within 14 days after the delivery of your order or when your IQOS trial ends.

1. Please note that only undamaged, unused items can be returned. If you have participated in an IQOS trial you can of course return the used items.
2. After communicating your desire to return an item, Customer Care will send you a “free of charge” return label by email or post.
3. You should send the items in the original packaging back to the address on the return label. You can return your items at any GLS service point near you.
4. Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect and process the goods to ensure you receive your reimbursement as quickly as possible.
The reimbursement will be issued to the original method of purchase.
