Ordering & Delivery

How fast will I get my order?

You will receive your order within 1-2 business days. If you are living in Bornholm, Læsø and Anholt you should expect 1 day extra.

  • If you order before 14.30 you will most likely have your order delivered within 1 day.
  • If you order after 14.30 you will most likely have your order delivered within 2 days.


  • We are not shipping outside Denmark.

    What delivery options do I have?

    You have two options in check-out:

    1. Postal service shipment – Your order will be delivered by GLS Parcel Service to the closest located parcel shop to your address. You will be notified once the parcel has arrived and is ready to be picked up.
    2. Courier delivery – Your order will be delivered by GLS Parcel Service to the address you request in the check-out process. The order is handed over in person by the delivery man.

    What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?

    Customer Care will help you with any query you may have regarding incomplete, incorrect or damaged items and orders.

    I wrote a wrong delivery address in my order, can I change it?

    You are not able to change it yourself, but please get in contact with Customer Care as soon as possible, and we will try to help. Due to fast deliveries, we might not be able to change it before order is shipped.
