Returns

You can return your items for free within 14 days after the delivery of your order or within 60 days, if you are subscribed to our Service Benefits - even if you have used the device.

1. If you are not subscribed to our Sercice Benefits and thereby not eligible for our 60 days money-back guarantee on devices, you can return your device or other products within 14 days if the device is undamaged and unused. www.iqos.com).

2. After contacting our customer care team with the desire to return an item, with valid proof of purchase (for purchases made at physical stores) or an order number (for purchases on iqos.com), we will send you a “free of charge” return label by email or post.

3. You should send the items in the original packaging back to the address on the return label. You can return your items at at your any GLS service point near you.

4. Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect and process the goods to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. The refund will be issued to the original method of purchase.
