Event: "My Blend" the perfect flavor experience

What happens when we challenges six creative souls to create and blend their own signature juice or smoothie?

On May 27th, six cocktail artists blended juices and smoothies like their lives depended on it at a closed event– My Blend at HEAT & BREW in Copenhagen. We provided the facilities, slow juicers and blenders for the six competitors to let their creativity flow and make their innovative ideas come to life.

The competition had a few crucial and mandatory limitations: a maximum of six ingredients per blend, only to use ingredients available for purchase in Denmark and to create 100% natural blends.

The competition started at 5pm. Here, the people present (the competitors’ own guests and a professional jury) followed the competition, which was all about creating and indulging in the freshest and/or healthiest juices and smoothies. Both the audience and professional jury had to grade the blends.

The winner of the jury award was Emil Døi with his “Rhubarb Chrush”.

The crowd favorite was “Can’t Beet It” by Maja Møller.
