Your IQOS ILUMA ONE comes with an official IQOS cable and AC power adapter. Charge for up to 1h 30m for a fully charged device. Press the button on your device for 4 seconds to turn the device ON/OFF. Slide the cap to open and gently insert a heatstick.

Gently insert a SMARTCORE tobacco stick and press the button for 1 second until IQOS ILUMA ONE vibrates and the status lights are pulsing. Keep the SMARTCORE tobacco stick in position during preheating.

Use your IQOS ILUMA ONE when the lights stay on. When it gives off another vibration and only one light pulsing, your IQOS has 2 puffs remaining. Simply remove the SMARTCORE tobacco stick and add a new for next time.

Tap the button to check the battery level. If the light strip flashes yellow, charge your Pocket Charger by using the official IQOS cable and AC power adapter until fully lit.

The IQOS ILUMA ONE will stop if the ambient temperature is out of range (0°C-40°C). In this case, all lights blink white twice before switching off. If so, try warming the device in your hand for 1 minute.

Make sure you only use SMARTCORE tobacco sticks with your IQOS ILUMA ONE. They are single use so ensure you do not reinsert a used one.

Customising your device

You can simply enable/disable the smart gestures through the IQOS app and you can also tune certain parameters such as light intensity and vibrations.

Do not use IQOS ILUMATM and SMARTCORE tobacco sticks with previous IQOS generations, as this may cause damage to your device. Do not ingest or disassemble SMARTCORE tobacco sticks.
