Returns

  1. You can return your items for free within 14 days after the delivery of your order or within 60 days, if you’ve chosen our Money-Back-Guarantee at check-out even if you have used the device.

  4. 1. If Money-Back-Guarantee has not been chosen at check-out when you ordered, you can return within 14 days if the device is undamaged and unused.

  5. 2. After communicating your desire to return an item, Customer Care will send you a “free of charge” return label by email or post.

  6. 3. You should send the items in the original packaging back to the address on the return label. You can return your items at any GLS or PostNord service point near you.

  7. 4. Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect and process the goods to ensure you receive your reimbursement as quickly as possible. The reimbursement will be issued to the original method of purchase.
